Good Thursday Morning to all of you!

Happy Thursday to all of you and a very Good Morning Cali!!!

I feel it in my bones that today is going to be a good day...can't say why...but it just feels like it is...maybe cuz I slept the night! Who knows! Oh I know....one more day of working and then................................TOM'S FARM here we come!

Yesterday Luana and Rhonda came out to the desert to see the mural I did. We had a very nice time...laughed a lot...like goofy girls and then swung by and picked up Jeff and went to dinner. Rhonda is looking awesome gang...72 pds in 3 months I think...maybe closer to 4, but I was super impressed at how she has changed. Luana always looks good too and she is trying to cover her blondness with red...but it ain't workin LuLu!!! Thank you both of you for coming to see the mural...means a lot to me.

Any rate...all you LOSERS!!!! MAINTAINERS!!! and inbetween for those who might have gained a tad....don't worry...get your arse back on track. You all are doing absolutley fabooooooooooooooooooooooooooo as far as I am concerned. Looking forward to seeing the totals from Mr. Stevo!!! 

Just keep up all the hard work because it sure is paying off....I feel like the proud MamaBear to all you! 

I do not have time to do a shout out this morning cuz I slept, but know that each and everyone of you are very important and I care!

Glad your bones feel like it is going to be a good day. I can try to take some of your positive with me to work. The person Orientating me today seems to hate having orientees. I can make it through, lol.
I slept same as usual, on, off, on, off, ect......... I just wanna go to bed and wake up to the alarm!!! No waking up in between!!!
I cannot wait until Toms Farm. I have to take the babies in for a shot at 8:30, drop them off at home, then I am on my way!!!
Oh well time to get ready for work. Hope everyone has a good day. Be good to yourselves and those around you!!!

I will be the first to confuse. I called Janine a tiny little *itch. WOW!!! She looks great. That 50 or so pounds she has lost this past year, she is so tiny. That just proves that at any time along this path, we CAN kick our pouchs in the toosh and they will work, if we work them. Way to work your pouch Janine, keep up the great work. And picture do NOT do that mural any pride. WOW! I have some pictures and I will try to post them but you will not get the true since of the work. BUT you will see what a time staking job it was. WOW!

Rhonda, thank you for driving the mom truck down and taking me on a great date. I woke up this morning, to the smell of my flowers. The yellow roses opened up a bit more and they are looking wonderful, but I love them little burnt orange things. I truly had a great day and I agree with Janine, you are doing a wonderful job working you tool. Keep up the great job.

For today, its off to work. UGH! But I do love my job. Just hate the hours.

I wish you all a great day and please remember to take your vitamins. The news says the weather is going to warm for Toms Farm. YAY!!!!

Hey, we had an awesome WWW reported weight lost this week, - 79.3 pounds!!! Pretty impressive folks! Keep up the great work with your tools!

Nuttin' much going on here. Went to my PCP with my Mom yesterday afternoon for our check ups, get our flu shots and get the orders for our annual blood workups. Can't believe I am two weeks away from my two year surgiversary. Time does fly doesn't it?!?!?

Good morning Janine and everyone,

I am looking forward to Toms Farm Saturday.  I am just trying to talk my husband into going with us...me and the grandbabies!!!  I know he'll have fun if he goes.  I guess we'll see Saturday!!!

Nothing exciting going on here...today we have a statewide earth quake trill at work @ 10:00.  That is always exciting!!! LOL   Tonight is my water aerobics and that is about it for the evening.   Then tomorrow is Friday….TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Well, hope everyone has a wonderful day….got to get back to work…   Michele

Good morning Janine and California!

I FINALLY broke into the 20?'s!  I've been trying to get there for a month.  Next stop Onderland, only 9 lbs to go. yaaaaaaaaaaay!  I'm going to make it by Christmas, for sure!  I'm on day 7 of adding some running to my walking.  I run 1 minute and walk a minute for 30 minutes.  I'm surprised how much easier it is today than day 1.  Your body really does adapt quickly.  Next week I start run 2 minutes, walk 1 minute.

Yesterday was a resting day.  Mostly I exercised and read about running and weight lifting.  hmmmm kind of an exercise day all around.  That never would have happened a year ago!

Yes, it's a great day!  I hope you'll be able to enjoy it as much as I.

Luana and Rhonda..isn't the mural just awe inspiring?  A true work of art and labor of love.

Good morning Janine and Cali!

Well I managed to get a migraine yesterday. EWE. Still have the remnants this morning. We did take Sammi to the Doc to check on her allergies, breathing treatment stuff and a mole. the mole is fine, the breathing treatment she will likely grow out of but not yet and it is working well and to add childrens zyrtec to nighttime routing for allergies. She also got her flu shot and let me tell ya, she did not like that one bit! poor lil thing.

Today DH goes to our PCP for a check up on his back, renew some meds and see what's up with this narley cold he has. Looking forward to the weekend on the horizon. I think we are going to take Sammi to see Madagascar2 for her first movie theater experience. (thank you very much my super duper special, wonderful not so secret pal anymore thatkimgirl) for the movie tickets we are just now getting around to using. LOL it should be way fun.

Bummed we're not going to make it to Toms Farms. Would loved to have met everyone. Maybe next time.

Thank you Janine for letting Lu and I go see your mural.  Words or pictures can not describe how painstakingly beautiful it is.  I took several pictures also, but they just don't do it justice.  The texture and the varitey of color is just incredible.  I had such a wonderful time with you and your husband, Thanks so much.  Your home is drop dead gorgeous also.  Your art work Is incredible.  If you would have turned around for a second I would have gathered about 20 pieces and put it in the back of the mommymobile!  Lu you were a great Date and glad you enjoyed the flowers.  It was fun chatting with you and hearing all about those special cats.  Lets do it again soon.  I really had fun.  Everyone enjoy your day and be good to yourself.  Again Janine thanks for letting us tour your own private Art Gallery!
