Welcome to the Cali board. Most of us on this site have had RNY. I do believe that there is a part of OH that is just for gastric sleeve. You might want to try over there to find support for your surgery but you can certainly stay here, no matter what surgery you have, it's all the same in the long run, we have to use our tool. There are lots of people in the SD area that have had WLS, and I am sure that they will welcome you with open arms.
