HI EVERYONE long time no talk

I havent been around in a while with work, computer issues and all, I just wanted to say Hi and update all my Cali buddies.

I am staying steady at 168 wearing a size 8/10 and loving life after surgery, need to get my a$$ moving in the excersise department.

Hope to hear from y'all soon let me know how youve been.

Wow you really are doing great! Holding steady is the most important thing really as far as I am concerned. The futher you are out....the harder it is....remember that, but I am sure you are going to absolutely GREAT!!!
