OT: iPod/iTunes question

I am having grief getting my audio books into itunes to sync to my iPod....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

My Ipod is my "best friend"!    Really.    I've had to reset my Ipod to factory settings and then re-install my music and books.   I think they must get a glitch in them every now and then.   

I went to I-tunes, to the Q&A and then the  - how to reset.  It's worked perfect since then.   Good luck, I know how much my Ipod means to me! 

Oh,  don't worry you won't lose your music.  It's saved on Itunes.

I know how to reset, I don't need that, I just need to know how to import my audiobooks into it so it will sync
