Surgery Anxiety
Hi Lori, all I can say is everyone goes through these feelings. Just relax and take a deep breath. It's all going to be ok. Sending thoughts, prayers, love and hugs... =)

Ditto to what Katt said! Take a deep breath and keep your eyes on the prize! Don't lose sight of why you decided to have surgery in the first place! And it never fails to picture yourself wearing something totally cute in a smaller size! LOL
Good luck and congrats! We'll be thinking of you tomorrow!

How exciting! Congrats on your new healthier life that you are beginning! I wasn't so nervous on my surgery day, I more anxious to get things over with....it felt more like I was leaving on a long journey.
In a way, I was. I was leaving behind an old way of life and an old body...never to return again. You may not be able to calm down completely, but I think it helps to focus on the future and the healthy life that you want for yourself. Tomorrow is just one day and it will be over before you know it....the real adventure is yet to come!
Once again, congratulations and God Bless!!
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
