Kaiser protocol for surgery

Hi Laura,
  I started in SFO, asnd they require the classes.  I switched to Fremont and they don't.  Since I lost my 10 percent before my consult, it only took me from Sept 17 to November 10 to complete all the steps and get on the waiting list for surgery.  They are really nice too :-)
