Migraine Headache .. what else can I take?

I took extra strength tylneol and it is just not doing anything .. what else can I take?

You can take ANY pain reliever as long as it doesn't have aspirin or an NSAID in it. Since surgery, I have taken Tylenol for my migraines and it's helped, but I've also taken Vicodin when Tylenol doesn't help. Hope you feel better soon.

Have you not been diagnosed with Migraines?  You don't have any migraine medicine?  If you don't then...you can just take Tylenol, try some Caffeine...like a cup of coffee.   I don't know what I would do in your case.  I always have my Max-Alt on hand.

I also get HORRIBLY awful migraines.. A couple times they have even sent me to the ER.  I take maxalt for them.  They are perscription and the pill dissovles on your tongue.. so you know you are absorbing it.

If you are in a bind and have no rx or anything stronger than your tylenol, trying coffee, and LOTS of water.  

Migraines are really awful.. I felt the startings of one on Wed. nite.  So I really do feel your pain.
