I have to voice the words of Jean, Monica, and Kelly who have posted already about the LA event....it was just great! And let me tell you all....did everyone look fabulous!!! I am so happy for all of you!
Jean I love you girl....you are the best!!! Pretty, smart, funny and you have just done incrediable!

Big shocker to me was seeing Toni T there and meeting her great husband. You all have to watch her and Lynda's pod cast...stay tuned for it!
First person to throw their arms around me was Jan (jj in gualla?). She and her husband Chris...what terrific people....not to mention the fact that they drove all the way out her from the convention to see the mural. I was very touched. We went out to dinner and talked our faces off. What great people!
Diane and Doug so great to see you. I know it was hard for you Diane with your shoulder...you trooper gal!
Cindy F....look fab and do you realize I have not seen you since your last supper thingie? I wanted to ask you about your mom...is she just like wow about you?
Kevin and Kristen...you two look fantastic and thanks for the lift ...Kev I have not seen you since wls...yeah I have seen pictures...but you in person fantastic and Kristen...you sure are pretty...your eyes are to die for!
Anna and Gus...OMG you two look super fantastic. Anna you have always been a beautiful woman...now....you are HOT...Gus had better hang on to you gf!

Laura is a vendor for Focus 28 which I might add have really good tasting protien bars....she has had wls...and did I mention she is 6'1 flat footed...OMG she was tall and she is a very pretty gal...and did I mention a hoot to party with!
Kat you look fantastic and it was great to see you in the upright position! You have to have the tiniest hips in the world girl! When you have your reconstructive surgery....YIKES!!!!! Look out moma!!!

There was a lady there named Charlie for the grad boards who I have known for as long as I have been on the boards. She said I was there when she came on there. Lives in Florida and I got to meet her and yuck it up with her...wow she is great!
All the people I met from AZ and Scott's friends were really nice gals! Oh yeah and Scott....you're like a little brother to me....I am so happy that you are getting to your goal so quickly and you look great!
All the Katzen Kuties....you all look so awesome. I am happy for all of you.
Oh yeah and I met the gals behind the scenes at OH who do the photo's....Gwen and Michele...what really nice gals and Gwen you are just a hoot!
On Saturday around dinner time I think....who shows up? Lola....She walked up to me and threw her arms around me...I was like....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm as she had a different name on her tag....but I hugged her back and she said it is me Lola....she teased me about hugging strangers....I said what the heck...it was all good...and did I mention how pretty she is? Well she is and is going to be super stunning as she keeps rocking that tool!
I met a lot of people....newbies and all...wow are you all great and I just wish all of you all the succes that you so deserve!
Well my mouth was running this weekend as my fingers do in the middle of the night....thank you all for making this site what it is. You really ought to go to these events and make connections with other members and feel the love for sure. Not to mention all the great information that is available out there. It is well worth it.
I feel like I made new friends....and reinforced some...all the way around it was a great weekend! Thank you all for coming and being a part of my life! I will post some pictures later!

I did get two new fur babies. A little girl, Bella, all black and a little boy, Toby, he is white with some brown and black and gray tiger stripes. Both of them are mischevious, but I am in love and addicted already. Not much else besides laundry done this weekend. Just getting babies use to the new house.
Oh well it is Monday and another week at work. Hey one day closer to Friday right!!!

Sounds like it was quite the weekend with good times had by all. I am sorry I had to miss it. As for us the same ol same ol. I did go out with my mom yesterday to help get the errands done for the week. Wiped me out a bit and crashed before ten. More of the usual here today. Can't wait to go back to the doc on thursday.

my dh and I went to Snug Harbor on the Delta. It was really nice. We had to take our trailer on a Ferry to get there! OMG!!! Who knew??? lol They even put our first dent in the bumper! Oh well.......it's not that big, but ask my husband and it's a total for sure! hehehehe
We got all hooked up, not even one trailer fight! Yay!!! We watched scarey movies...The Shining! played black-jack and when it wasn't raining we walked!
He took me into Rio Vista for lunch at Foster's Big Horn where all of the different kinds of animals that this guy killed are all on the wall staring down at you... even a giant elephant and a giraffe! Kinda weird, sad, but I guess ok.
Anyway, we had a great time! My dog, Tasha loved it too as you can see!

It's back to a crazy Monday at work. I sure will be glad when my boss gets back so she can take over all her crazy accounts. It's also back to "semi" normal as the last 2 weekends have been very FULL. The time change killed us too. I know it was an hour gain but it was still painfull.
Ok, Sammi wants to say "hi".
sammi (that's her very own typing) Crazy kid climbs up here and plays her games by herself and she's only 3! Yikes.
I'm bummed we missed the LA event. It looks like a great time was had by all. Maybe we'll make the next one.

Yep great weekend for sure but it was so nice to be in my own bed last night.....
Not alot planned for today other than to go get my nails done and get this halloween deco off....then definitely do some grocery shopping and get back on track with normal eating....this weekend was not the best for me for eating - although the lunches provided were very good I did eat way to much of the sugar free goodies but was not eating regular meals (other than lunch) like no dinner - just kind of snacked....yep I am up 1.5 lbs but thats ok, I am back on track today and will get that off....
I am so focused now on getting the rest of my weight off...after having the plastics consults I am even more determined to complete my journey - and I must say - I love Dr Katzen and all of his staff...he is just a doll and so caring and sincere. Of course I will have to do some creative thinking to figure out how to pay for it 0 but where thers a will theres a way right.
Ok well - off to read the paper and have a cup of coffee...

I had a very busy weekend. I moved on Saturday. I knew that some guys from my church were going to help me.....I ended up having 8 of them show up, and we got everything moved, and stuff put into storage in a little over 2 hours, with nothing broken!! It was incredible these guys were so kind to me,no attitudes about how much stuff I had, etc, and most of them i'd never even met before! Then 2 girlfriends and I cleaned the place that afternoon. When I had my walk through with the realtor, she gave me a check the landlady had already written her for my entire $1,400 deposit. She said that my landlady was so happy to have me as a renter these past 4 years, she wanted me to have it all back, even though I told them last week that i was not going to be able to afford to get the carpets cleaned so they could charge me for that, plus the 2 days of rent for November.............she charged me for none of it! She also included a very sweet note for me, thanking me for being such a helpful tenant. Whenever things needed to be done, i always did them for her, and just sent her a bill for the parts only...she never raised my rent once in the 4 years I lived there.
Moved in with my sis and niece, we got a nice condo with a beautiful view..here is a pic from the balcony:
Today I go to a memorial for my high school friend's mom who passed away last week. Then I'm headed to San Pablo to house/dog sit for my niece and their 90 lb Pitt who is a big 'ol lap dog!!!
Don't wor****il tomorrow at 7pm, so I'm just going to veg out and read the 1st book in the Twilight series and drink coffee!!
