With Renee* not posting the past couple days we have to pick up the slack a little.
So what are you having?
I did the apple and brie again tonight . I had a protein shake a couple hours ago.
Not in the mood to mess with cooking.

Well, since we got 3 pigs yesterday and spent the day butchering and grinding and mixing sausage.  So............we had fresh sausage and eggs.  I had a tiny portion of sausage and 1 fried egg.

I did teach our friends the proper way to cook a fried egg.  This does not entail the use of a big blob of butter like they thought.  I spray the pan with I can't believe it's not butter and start the egg to cook with a lid on the pan.  When its almost done and most people think they need to flip the egg, I add a bit of water and put the lid back on.  The steam causes the yolk to cook over and viola............you have the perfect fried egg perfect for dipping!

Off to bed with me.
