Well Good Morning Cali and how and the hell are you?

One more day and LA is never gonna be the same with all you peeps from OH descending upon the City of Angels! I wish I was going tomorrow so I could see all of you in your costumes...so you all better have those camera's ready and get some good pictures!!!!

I have had a couple of good days at school...nothing in particular....just good. My fingers are starting to heal with all the cuts that occured grouting the mural. However, I do have to say...don't use nail polish remover when you have cuts! I was out on the patio yesterday and let out a yelp and Jeff had to take off my nail polish! He is such a good guy! So I got my toes done...and even polished Miss Ava's toes for the first time. I can't believe I did not get a picture of it either. My granddaughter with her bright red nail poli**** is hilariously funny to see a baby with toe polish! I am thinking about bringing her to Tom's Farm. 

Well if I sit here any longer....I am not going to get 40 more winks before I really have to get up. I want you all to know that I think you are all doing terrific with your weight loss. I know it is going to get harder and harder for all of us to stick to the program with the holidays coming up. You just have to remember this and live by it:

 "NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!"

I know all too well being over 6 years out how easy it is to fall back into the old habits. This year I found a new way to live...one that works for me and I am sticking to it.

So don't beat yourself up about slipping or whatever...it is part of life....just get a hold of yourself and be honest with yourself and ask yourself...did I have this surgery to be health or am I going to keep fooling myself and play roulette with a gift? It is your choice!!!

Good Morning Janine and California!

I'm up at the crack of...well it's not dawn yet! LOL  I'm a bit excited about driving to L.A. and meeting everyone.  DH gets a haircut today and more digging up roots, and packing. 

Keep reminding us about holiday eating.overeating.  I need all the help I can get.  Thin yes!  I'm thinking thin.  I'd better add some walking to my day.  I've been backsliding a bit on that while trying to get everything else done before we leave.

Yep today is another day, better food choices, more moving and remembering why!!

Well like you said, one more day till the big LA event - I am so excited....I couldn't tell you the last time I dressed up for halloween.....and don't you worry Janine - I am taking my camera for sure.

Not alot on my agenda for the day - its babysitting day - so I will be off in a couple of hours to watch my 3 1/2 y/o great niece....such a hoot.

Yesterday had lunch with an old friend I used to work with and that was fun - then met friends for happy hour - then home - Oh yeh, I did fit a little shopping in while I was out.  Gotta love Kohls clearance (again)  How come every time I go in there I find different stuff....oh well - nothing over $10 SO THATS GOOD.

Well off to have a cup of coffee then into the shower to start my day.

Good Morning Janine and Cali Friends!

Happy Thursday!!!  I had my first day back at work post-op......it wa nice to get all of the hugs and nice compliments!  They made me feel really good!

They had also decorated my desk up with "Caution" tape, Hazmat waste stickers, pumpkins, fire extinguisher, you name it!  lol  What a bunch of jokers!!!    

But I also got something that just shocked the crap out of me.  There is a girl who I work with and she had a breast augmentation done and now all of the sudded she is out on stress leave.........my Boss told me that my job could be in jepordy and that this is serious.  Apparently the girl is accusing me of telling the Driver's at work and some dumb a$$ apparently said something to her.

OMG!!!  I would never do that!    It is true that I handle her medical and Return to Work paperwork as that is my job along with payroll but OMG!!! to even suggest something like that.  

But anyway, they sent down HR people from Oregon, our Corp. to interview employees and everything!

My other co-worker thinks she is just looking for a way to pay for her surgery!

I do not know what to do..........besides tell the truth, but this kind of drama is not my thing, and my integrity means a lot.  My Boss said he stood up for me and that this is not in my character but I do not know what to do.

Please Help!  Any suggestions???

Jenny all I know it takes all kinds to make up the world for sure and not knowing you in real time or how you operate....I can say this: I do not believe for one moment you have one mean bone in your body and would do anything to hurt someone. The other thing I will say and so cliche...it is always better to tell the truth...and you know deep in your heart that you have done nothing to violate this person to the point of her pointing the finger at you blaming. Yes there are a lot of people out there who are always looking for an angle to get a buck...but you do not have to be the brunt of it.

I am really sorry that this is happening to you...you do not deserve it! I will pray that this bimbo's breasts did not go to her head!

Good Morning Calif.......

I have a great day with my friend yesterday. We went to lunch and talked to much, then we went to the movies and laughed your behinds off, then wounder around the mall for a pit befor heading out to Toms farm and woundering around there for a few hours before calling it a well spent day. If you have not had the chance to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua  Find the time and go and see that. Gosh I was laughing so hard, and at time, got a tad bit teary eyed. LOL It was a great moving.

Nothing much going on today. Just working. Today is an 8 hour day, but have already agained to work 12. Time to start working some OT and getting some money ahead for X-miss. UHG!! This is not the right time of year to have all the other bills coming up.  I am going to have to take on a second job to get the money ahead before then of Novmember.

Well time to pack my lunch before jumping in the shower.

 OK I hope you are ALL remembering you VITAMINS!!!
