I make jerk chicken with the seasonings I brought back from Jamaica!!!!  I brought a whole suitcase just to bring home coffee and seasonings!!!  The stuff at the supermarket is horrible..  I did hear you can find the jerk sauce at Cost Plus, or stores that import products.. My favorite is the Walkers Woods.

My post to this is much later than yours! I'm a "day late and a dollar short!" lol!

Last nights dinner was so yummy...my sister made dinner last night...she cooked a pork roast with some seasonings (not sure which ones), and then made a chili in the crock pot, and shredded the entire roast and added it to the pot. It was so good. We had it with a spinach salad. Then for dessert she made a cake that we got recipe for at a Weigh****cher's meeting several years ago. It's angel food cake with crushed pineapple in it. Then you top it with light Cool Whip and some shredded coconut...............YUM!!!

I am on my second day of allowable soft foods, so I am gonna enjoy some mashed beans with a tad of cheese. (will I need a Beano?) This afternoon I had tuna with LF mayo on gluten free chippers from BE.com.  Its amazing how long 2 T. of food can last....and fill me up!!  My egg this morning was scrumpdillyisious!  I am easy to please in the food dept..lol
