Hey Everyone,

Sorry this post is a bit late, I was having some technical difficulties and couldn't get onto this site!  But, I'm here now!  My jerk chicken last nite came out AWSOME!!  Delish!!!

As for tonite, I'm not sure!  Chad and I have some errands to run, so we'll probabally go out to eat, and I am thinking fajitas work for me!  So fingers crossed! hehehehe  I was really good at lunch and had a great big salad with turkey and lots and lots of veggies!

Soo how about everyone else?  What will you be having for dinner?

Fajitas sound so good!! I hope you get to have them!

Tonight I made "Slow cooker salsa chicken". Another recipe I got off of OH website! It is sooo yummy, and EASY! I threw the shredded chicken (which tastes very close to chicken and mole) into a low carb tortilla, topped it with some cheese and FF sour cream! MMMMMM! Of course I was only able to eat half.

Well I hope you have a wonderful evening!!

Tonight is scrambled eggs with our home-made sausage mixed in.  The hubby gets diced red potatos and toast with his.

Easy as pie (oooooh, I want sugar free pumpkin pie!)
