I walked today at work. Not as long as I wanted, but I did. I think I am getting over this sinus infection. Breathing was easier during the walk. Tomorrow is another day.

I have a crappy cold.  So my exercise consisted of:

whining
complaining
sneezing
drinking LOTS of fluids
complaining a little more
carving pumpkins
petting my dog

LOL

Plan to play tennis and walk as soon as the worst of this bug passes.

I went to the gym yesterday..........did very light cardio, just to warm up the muscles. Then did all lower body stuff, to strengthen the quads and hamstrings. Then I did some tricep and bicep work.

It feels good to be working out again!
