WATER AND VITAMINS !!!!
Thought I would post this reminder earlier in the day. It is getting to be late morning. Have you been drinking your water today? How about your vitamins. You should have taken some of the vitamins already. If not, do it NOW. Calcium and Iron needs to be spaced out to maximize effectiveness of the vitamin. DRINK NOW ! If you have already, then Thank You very Much (from your body).
