For this event, will there be vendors for different products? Or just speakers and giveaways etc?

Just trying to see if I wanna go for the day, and get a friend to go with me who is over 1 1/2 years out and is having problems and needs some support.

Sorry, havent paid much attention b/c I didn't plan on going, but my friend is having a really hard time and I want her to get some support. I've told her to come here but not sure if she has, I don't think so. I don't think she has much of a support system. :(
