What's for dinner?

Ha!  He loves it too!  His favorite is when I call him The Bald Barbarian Ba*tard!  He loves being bald. 

My dad, on the other hand, gets greatly offended when I call Joe........Baldy, The Bald Man, BBB, or the one above so I have to filter my mouth when around daddy. 

I love it!

Veggie Omelette with ranchero sauce!  I need to lose a few lbs so I am trying to stick to protein mostly.. Luckily I LOVE protein!

Eggs for dinner are always my go to, when I don't feel like cooking!!!!!!!  Good luck!!!

Well, sometime during my morning, I hurt the heck out of my back. So, Kids are having cold cereal, I am am making some homemade Chicken soup. I had my oldest cut a mess of fresh veggies (celery, zuccini, carrots, onions, mushrooms)  for me and he is pretty much making the soup for me. I love the fact I taught my 15 year old son to cook @ an early age, now he can cook for me .

Well it's a little late or a little early to post this but for 10-27 we had Tahoe Joe's since I did not feel like cooking and the power was off most of afternoon. Since it is 1:30am I will post tonight meal we are having Bloody Mary Pot Roast with the trinity and baby reds cooked in small salad and rolls.

I am so happy to see your beautiful face back posting Renee, are you and Chad coming down soon??? We have not done a lunch for awhile maybe we could plan something. Sending you hugs,Jenn
