BOXTOPS 4 EDUCATION !!

Just a reminder to save those boxtops for our schools and teachers.  I am hoping that with the holiday (eating and baking) season around the corner that people will save the Boxtops for our teachers.  I had hoped for a greater response the first time I posted, but alas it did not happen.  So I am asking the coupons be saved again.  It is such a small thing, and it would benefit so many.  Contact me if you have some and I will distribute them.

Being just me I dont go through a whole lot but I will have some from my Ziplock bags when I run out. I would be more than happy to send them to you. Not a lot, but every little bit helps, right.

Yes, every little bit helps. But a little to us can mean ALOT to others. I recently went through the Ziplock boxes and Perry was wondering what happened to them. I just smiled. He then figured it out.

On tops of some boxes are little coupons showing as "Boxtops for Education".  I know they are on the ziplock boxes, and General Mills products, I think.  Anyway, schools/teachers collect them and turn them in for items for the schools.  I used to collect them for my Mother and her VFW group homes and various groups.  Since she is gone, I have still been collecting them.  Old habits, you know?  So far I have 3 teachers/parents who would like them.  I can send you the info if you are interested.

The boxtop coupons are on boxes of cake and brownie mixes, and frostings. Things like that. I find them on biscuit mixes also. I think they are General Mills products. They are usually on the top or the side of the box. Sometimes near the Betty Crocker coupon.
