he he!  My cute little doggie is here with me, trying to get between my lap, and the laptop!  haha he's soooo spoiled, but I LOVE him so much!!!!!!!!

We had a stir fry with steak, red peppers, green and red onions, pineapple, and brown rice.  And asian cole slaw.

Speghetti Squash Lasagna. I  was pretty good. First try at it. But not to bad.

I made THE BEST meatloaf tonight! But unfortunately it came back up. I'm not sure what I did wrong, maybe my pouch doesn't like yummy meatloaf. grrrr!

Renee, those sausages are okay to eat? I am afraid of sausage because it is so greasy. When did you first start eating them?

Those ones from Costco that she's talking about aren't greasy at all.  I've been eating them since I went to solid foods.  Try them!

Oh yay! I know exactly which ones they are. I have bought them a few times before WLS, but its been a while. Costco here I come! (Well tomorrow, lol)

I will only eat the chicken sausages!!!!  They are not greasy like pork sausage!!!!  So they are safe to eat!!  But sausage sausage.. yikes.. I wouldn't DARE touch!!!!!!! 

Ugh! I made spinach to go with the steaks and it wouldn't stay down...
