Good Morning Calif.......

Well today has me down .2 oz. Hey, its down.

I got the flu shot the other day, and dang the site hurts. I didn't feel the shot at all, but as I sit here I lean against the back of the sofa and I can feel it. Ochie!

Not much going on today, just work. Oh joy! But I am off tomorrow and friday, but then I work next 3 days. UGH!.

I want to remind you all to take your vitamins. If you are reading this, and have not done that, DO IT NOW! We are adults here, but once in a while, we need a reminder. I keep mine at my computer, so I take them first thing in the morning, and the last thing before going to bed. This is what works for me. Also, if its been a while since you have had your levels done, call your doctor and ask them to order some lab work for you. Give yourself the power to help take care of YOUR life. You fought to have this life changing surgery, so don't stop the fight now.

I just got up and took my vitamins. Finally found my B12 too... My lab appt is on the 27th. You reminded me to take the vitamins... I'm trying to do better but still not the best.

this week I'm stable. Clothes fit the same.

I am down 6 pounds this week for a total loss of 51 pounds since surgery (three months ago) and 84 from my all time high (a few years ago).

Good morning Janine and Cali!

For WWW I am down 1 pound which actually put me in a "normal" BMI. Thanks everyone for the well wishes yesterday on my normal post. I am still on cloud 9 for sure!

Today I am carless. DH explorer's front end went out so it is at the "car Doctor" Hoping the damage isn't too bad but expecting the worst. Luckily a guy that I work with lives fairly close and works almost the same hours so I can hitch a ride.

Congrats on the interview J. I would have liked to see it too.

Good morning Janine and Cali friends,

I am down 5 pounds this week!!! I am 1 pound away from hitting my 100 lbs lost FOREVER!!! I can't believe it. I usually weight myself every Wednesday, but I am going to have to weight myself tomorrow to see if I hit my 100 pound mark. I have to say, this has been one of the most wonderful journeys I have ever been on. I could never Thank my doctor enough for giving me this wonderful tool. WOW, 26 pounds to goal....I am so close I can taste it!!! I would love to be at goal my the first of the year. Also, I love all the WOW moments I have and read about on this site. Ok, I have to share one of mine from the other day...I went to Burlington Coat Factor to find a rain coat and my daughter seen this beautiful suit. It's a jacket and skirt, black with pink poke-a-dots, but it is a size 10...I thought for $21.00 I'll get it...it won't fit me now, but it will one day. I got home and for some reason I thought what the heck...I'll try it on...well, I did and asked my husband if he could zip it up, he said "do you want me to break the zipper" I said no...it fit me soon. Well, here is my WOW moment...IT FIT!!!! I was running around the house like a little girl that just got her first new dress. I was soooooo excited!!!! I am going to wear it to work tomorrow, so I'll take a picture and post it so you can see it.....I am sooooo happy!!!!!

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

Now that I am doing "newbie the sequel" I will get my scale back. My mom actually went home on sunday and I meant to remind her to bring it and forgot. So I don't know what it says but I see the doc tomorrow. Of course some things never change and looking at me I feel like I have loss nothing but I know I'm wrong. Congrats to all the losers and goal reachers.

I guess news folks really can really tell who is in the know. That's why you got picked. Congrats
