This is your weekday reminder to drink your water.  It is a vital ingredient in weight loss and body functions.  Whether it is 64oz or 100oz- it is neccessary.  So go drink some RIGHT NOW!!!

And don't forget your Vitamins.  Read Diane C's post reminding us.

I was a good girl today and drank my 64oz+ already today. Now I am sipping on my ice tea, thinking about what I should have for dinner.

I hope you all are keeping up with YOUR health. Remember this, YOU are the only one that makes that choice to take or not take your vitamins.

I am always working on the 64oz drinks. It is second nature now. But I can also tell when I have forgotten. I get a little dizzy (not ditzy) and dry mouth. Then it is belly up to the bar boys. And drink some water!!!
