Hey Everyone,

Well, it's monday again.. Hope everyone had a great weekend!  I have to work late tonite,  but I have chicken in the fridge... drumsticks and thighs!  I'm going to see if I can get el chado to start dinner.. *fingers crossed* if not, I'll find some way to do it up!  And I'll either fix a green salad or broil some asparagus!!!!!  And I'll make enough for leftovers, so I can take my lunch to work tomorrow!

Don't know if I mention it, but Perry is on Nutrisystem (weekends off program) right now. He is doing great with it. BUT- it means that I have lost my BBQ man. So, I have been doing some Lean Cuisine's or soup. Tonight will be Taco soup.

Some yummy white chicken chili!  I found the recipe in Prevention, lots of protein and really good and I made it in the slow cooker!  : ))

Doing something different this week...so dinner tonight was a salad, mini fusilli, and some very tasty sauce loaded with garlic and onions.

I had the most awesome Black Bean and Corn Salad for lunch...soooo yummy!  But whoa...got a little onion breath...popped that little mint.

garweeg.gifAre you sure this will work?

I browned some ground turkey, added blended soy beans and Taco Bell seasoning.  I added some cheese and YUM.
