Its been a whole 2 years since my life saving surgery. I started out at 363 lbs with 385 being my highest pre-surgery weight.
Today I weigh 180. I want to lose more but my body seems happy here, for now!
Two years ago I was on blood pressure meds and anti- depressants and so many pain relievers for all my aches and pains. Today my blood pressure is 125/68....
I thank all of you on OH for all the kind words and support, it helped me through this journey. I continue to read daily and smile when I read newbies asking about protein powders and vitamins, and if the surgery will really work for them...or if its possible to of stretched their pouch in 2 weeks,,,
   Much continued success to all

Morning Lorelei!  Wow, I love when I read about people who weighed what I weighed (385) and what they weigh now.  You give me hope that I can get the rest of this off!  LOL  Congrats on your success and rock on sister!  xo  Kim

Thank you for sharing your success!  It makes me believe I CAN do this and be happy I did 2 years out.  It's easier doing the day to day when folks like you show us the big picture.

I wish you continued success.
