What's for dinner???

my goodness.. TGIF FOR REALS!!!!!!!!  Today has been a big ole turd of a day!  Very stressful! And I'm sooooooo very happy it's over!

Soo tonite for dinner, I am meeting up with 3 of my cousins who are the same age as I am, and their hubbys for our "Cousins Dinner"  We are going to La Pinata! and let me tell you, I will be needing sangria after this day!!!!!  Not sure what I feel like eating tonite, maybe chile verde, maybe pasole.. everything is just sooo good there!  but I will DEFINATLEY be ordering sangria! 

Sooooooo what's everyone else doing for dinner tonite????????

BBQ chicken with baby red mashed potatoes with the skins. Yummy stuff........

Shrimp Salad. Yum..........Pasole!!! I would give my right arm for a big bowl of it right now. I make it in the winter a lot but Surgeons Protocal says no no not yet!Oh well, 4 more months. Shoot, by then it will be warming up and I won't want any....not!!!
