Hey everyone,

work has been CRAZY busy!  I'm planning the kid's halloween party, and am just slammed!  But, I love this party!  People bring in their kids in their costumes and we have soo much fun!  And, I will be bringing in my Spikey!  He will be dressed as a Taco, and I'll be a seniorita waitress!  And yes, you dont' need to tell me, I KNOW I am a dork!  but it's ok with me!

Sooooo now on to dinner!

Tonite we are having some jerk pork steaks with carribean plantains!  YUM!!!!!!!   I think a green salad too.. since I have the fixings!

What is everyone else having???

I made chicken marinated in ceasar dressing....it comes out soooo tender and flavorful. I also made green beans and had tomatoes and avocados with it. Yum yum!!

I made Pasta free Lasagna. I got the recipe off the recipe board. It was pretty good. The kids liked it! I served it with blueberry's and strawberry's.

I make it pasta free too!  instead of noodles, I do zuchini!  I need to drain the water, but it's soooo good!

I usually make mine with elk or venison!

I hope you enjoyed it!
