Especially since they have their money already, this is just the filing fee that probably doesn't even go to them! They have like $1200 already that has been paid for awhile now, go figure!!!

Maybe this is not the attorney you want to work with........I don't know, but if they arn't willing to work with you, maybe you can call around, or have you already invested with this attorney?

Yup, unfortunately they are paid, they have like $1200 already that has been paid for awhile now.  We paid them in payments and finished a bit ago, but my hubby kept saying he didn't want to do it and with my health issues and marital issues, I wasn't in a big hurry to fini****! Now I HAVE to for this job!!!
It is just the filing fee that is left, and it probably isn't even money that goes to them, go figure!!!  Sucks, huh?!!!
