6 week check up

 I had my check up yesterday.  I am down 36 pounds since my pre op appt for a total of 52 pounds.  All my blood test were good (protein was great)  my potassium was on the borderline so I will have to keep an eye on that.  I had been having sharp pains in my pouch ( not sure if its eating  some foods that may be too spicy) but Dr. put me back on aciphex for a while.  I have had no dumping problems, but I have thrown up a couple of times from eating too fast.  All my wounds are just about healed. They took longer because of my diabetes.  I am a little disappointed that I am not off all my diabetes medications right now, but the Dr. said it will take some more time and to be patient.
