Tuesday morning Tell all

My girls have been deemed lice-free and are back in school today. The transition to homeschooling is under way. The administrators at the school aren't even going to send a note out to the parents about the lice. I want my girls out before they get reinfested. UGH! I wish I hadn't even reported it.

My weight is going down, down, down this past week, but I will post tomorrow :) It is great to see the scale move after a 2 week stall.

Aloha my surgery sister!!!

Well I had my "upper GI" done yesterday!  Not something I was looking forward to, but all in all it wasn't too bad.  I mean, I don't want another one anytime soon, but I didn't find it all that terrible!

So now its off to NoCA for the weekend for my GRANDSON'S wife's baby shower!  Yep!  I'm about to be a GREAT grandma!   I swear!  How is it that some KID gets pregnant and now I'M a GREAT something??   Oh well, the only thing that made it worthwhile was seeing my daughters blanched look when someone said "Wow! now you'll be a grandma!"  You know, there IS an upside to having kids!

so when I think about it-- this grandbaby will never have to see me fat, or out breath as a result of that! and to think! because I'll be healthy, he will actually get to SEE me!  which is something I was starting to be in very much fear of---that I wouldn't live long, as a result of my weight.

Good afternoon Kim & Cali!! Nothing much going on today.

I made my hotel reservation for the OH LA Event. I booked a double room, so if anyone would like to share the cost and room with me, let me know.

My bone stimulator was authorized. My co-pay is $338.00. Can you say OUCH??? The gal gave me a number to call for patient advocacy and they waived my co-pay, so I don't have to pay anything for the machine. Woooohoooo!!!! The gal will be here tomorrow to "hook me up"...lol

I will see Diane today when I deliver her Pampered Chef order.

Good afternoon Cali!

Hope all my Valley peeps are holding up through these fires.  I am dying from the smoke and it is really messing with me. 

I am pretending to be working hard today but I am hardly working.  LOL!  I am working from home today and not getting anything done.  I am trying to motivate myself to go see my clients but I am not doing a good job.  So, I am off to meet a new client and than off to see another.
