Ok I have PMS and I want chocolate cake!!!

When my head whats a cookie I give into "Power Crunch" Bars. I us them in place of a meal. They are delicious 13 grams protien - 5 grams sugar - 12 grams of fat  in the peanut butter cream. I get them at the "Vitamin Shoppe". They come in a number of flavors.
