Good Saturday morning California

Thank you Cate..I just spoke to an aunt in NY and she said the day was beautiful.  Family who hadn't seen each other in some 45-65 years came to the graveside service.  I was able to hear it thru speaker phone.  They day was a beautiful breezy 72 degrees.  ...and NO drama..lol  I am so looking forward to standing before her next year, place her favorite flowers on her grave (Lilacs) and do a little spin.  My weight was such a worry to her and I always had the same old story..."don't worry mom, I'll take care of it"...but she never judged, always loved.  A chapter of my life has closed and I am about to open a new one...thanks again..
