I thought I should bring a lunch box with snacks so I don't get so hungry and eat something Im not suppose to. So.... do any of you have any ideas for good high protein snacks that I can bring in a med size lunch box?

Thanks :)

I usually take protein bars or protein premixed drinks . . . if they see a lunch box, they will probably make you put it in a locker . . .so beware!  But good luck. . .and have FUN!

Karen, I'm going to be down there next weekend, too! My family is going to the Halloween party at California Adventure ... I can't wait!

And just so you know, there's a great little food kiosk directly across from the Indy ride. It's got meat on a stick ... chicken, beef ... and veggies too. No buns, no burgers. And it's the cheapest good in D'land. It's always been my favorite place and it was a hit with my friends when we went for my birthday in March. i was 8 months out by then and loving the chicken, beef and asparagus kabobs!!

HAVE FUN!!

I'm going to Disneyland around Thanksgiving, and I'm a bit worried too. For one thing, I'll only be 2 months out and I'm not sure what I'll be able to tolerate at that point.

The other times I've been to Disneyland or WDW on a diet, I concentrated on fruit and veggies. Having to do so much protein, while keeping it low fat and low carb, is going to be tough. At least I'm guessing it will be.
