What's for dinner????

Hey Everyone,

Well, today is MY Friday!  I am heading outta town for long weekend and I am EXCITED!  So I know there won't be a dinner post on Friday..  There may or may not be one on Monday!  Just wanted to give the heads up so nobody thought I was abandoning them!

Sooo last nite I did not make the salmon like I planned.. Chad and I had some errands to run.. so we stopped and picked up chinese on the way home!  I had some fabulous Mu shu pork!  Ahh I LOVE mu shu soo much and it's been a LONG time since I've had chinese!  Chad had fried rice and chow mein.. which I would not even touch!

Sooo since I'm hitting the road tonite to stay at my mama's.. I'll probabally just eat my leftovers from last nite! And Chad can eat his yucky stuff!!  hehehee

Sooo what is everyone else having for dinner????

Deli Roast beef, Brie and sliced figi apples...I know sounds weird but it is the only thing that sounds good.

Let's see..family is having homemade mexican rice and beans and salad..I am having sauteed chicken breast and spinich salad.  I made some hummus, probably a tablespoon of that too.  10 1/2 days to go til WLS!!..yippppeeeeeee
