2 years out today...

Hey Brian and day late, but I wanted to congratulate you on your surgeriversary!!! I know it is tough because I found those same 25 pds last year in a matter of months! I grabbed myself up by the boot straps and said to myself what in the hell are you doing to yourself Janine? Well I lost those 25 this year and went on to lose a total of 57 pds. I am maintaining gratefully and do not know if I will lose more, but the biggest gain I had that at 6+ years out that I am always going to have to be aware of what goes in my mouth. I am cool with it as I have gained some self accepts about it....like measuring my food and all that good stuff (being positive about that one!).

You're going to do great Brian no matter what because you got a reminder how precious life is and not to waste it on Pepsi and fried foods...you have a teenager daughter there who would probably really like to see her daddy walk her down the isle someday!!! Just remember that!
