I'm so sorry, i honestly forgot. I just have literally been so forgetful lately. I think it's from all that's happened, I tend to ask people over and over what happened when, etc.

It really was good, I gobbled it down! I am a spinach fiend these days I tell you.......must be because I had the anemia, and I'm pretty sure spinach has iron in it.

Spinach is loaded with iron...I'm gonna have to try the slamon and spinach... =)

OMG! I made the most scrumptious Creamy Tomatoe Basil Soup, even my 2 year old granddaughter loved it and asked for more! YUMMY!!
Even have enough left over for dinner tomorrow night...I can't wait!!

It is one of those night were food just isn't appealing, so, it was turkey patty with grilled onion,garlic,and bell peppers. And some sugar snap peas. Boring but tastey and very easy.

Took some leftover Carnitas sauted them with some onions, tossed in a potatoe, chili powder, cumin, garlic, added a can of tomato sauce, water...simmered...dinner is done.
