What's cooking good lookin???
I have St. Louis-style ribs marinating in the fridge right now. I'll bake them for about 45-60 minutes then throw them on the grill for about 10 minutes each side. This is the first time I've made ribs.

I cooked again tonight! I sauteed salmon in EVOO and a little butter, and this yummy dry seasoning I buy at a local butcher's shop. When it was done, I added fresh spinach to the pan, put it all on a plate, then sprinkled the salmon with bleu cheese, and the spinach with pecans and dried cranberries.........I don't know what the deal is, but daily I seem to need my spihach, pecans, bleu cheese and cranberries!!!
