Hello Everyone,

Soo I was in CPR Training class all morning and our instructor was a HOTT HOTT Fireman from Oakland!!!  Cute and funny too!  And not wearing a ring!  He is lucky I am a very happily married woman!  hehehee

Soo I'm fighting this awful migraine with meds, so I should finally be able to make my pork chops in mango sauce with a mango salsa!!!!  I really feel like mashed sweet potatoes too!  And maybe a brocoli slaw with a vinegrette! 

What is everyone else having tonite????

Feel better Nay Nay!! I am throwing some boneless/skinless chicken breats on the grill. They are being mainated with lite ceasar dressing with chopped zuchinni and garlic. Not sure what to fix with them, tho.

I'm the conference coordinator for a law firm in SF.  And the hott firefighter was teaching the CPR course!!  Ohhh man!  This was the best meeting EVER!!!!!  hahahaaha

I am making baked ziti . It has turkey sausage and ground turkey, fat free ricotta cheese, homemade sketti sauce (gotta love being italian :o) ) whole wheat pasta, and some italian sprinkle cheese on top.  Kids will be having theirs with garlic bread. YUMMMMM !!!!!!

1/2 scoop Whey Protein unflavored, Jay Robb
1/2 C broccoli
blended together

and

1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, choc, Jay Robb's, SF Hazelnut DaVinci
1/2 scoop Nectar Whey protein isolater, choc Truffle
3 oz Soy Slender
blended together

I made some burgers on the grill topped with mozzarella and sauteed mushrooms. Then I baked some sliced apples in the oven topped with cinnamon and splenda brown sugar. It was so good! Even the kids cleaned their plates!! They either thought it was really good, or they were really hungry, lol.

I was bad, bad, bad at lunch...major dump episode off of a couple of bites of Fried Ice Cream...just and sweated the shakes off, but recovered in time to make Bingo.

I had a handful of chips, 1/2 ham crossant with cheese and honey mustard, 6-8 black olives, and nibbled on some chex mix.
