Way to go!  I'm proud of you!  I just passed my 4 week mark from surgery and am down 42 pounds and 27 inches!  I am walking, exercising and just went back to work.  I'm feeling good and confident!  I can see it in my face, also in my arms and hands and my tummy is disappearing right before my eyes.  I "feel" thinner.  I'm down one size and ready to hit the next one down soon.

Keep up the good work.  Today's lunch is making my tummy hurt and after my night last night driving the kid 1/2 way home I am totally missing my caffeine, but I'll get there!

Awesome news!  Thanks for sharing.  Congratulations.

On par is relative to you.  We all lose differently.  I'm down 40 lbs after 3 months so I'm on the slow side.

Good for you Jan!!!  That is great.

I haven't been eating hardly so I''m sure that has something to do with it.  I'm starting to be able to stomach things again so I'll see how I do from here on out.  :)

Wow my angelette, you are doing GREAT!!!!! I say it's time to try on some clothes, you'd be surprised how fast the sizes change. Make sure you are doing your pictures and measurements too. Sometimes the easiest way for you to see the differences in you is to look at the picture comparisons. And you will be surprised at how much the changes happen even in the first month!!!
I'm very excited for you and woo hoo on the exercise too!!!       bigg The image “http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d167/AnnoyingLizard/Smileys/36_22_25.gif?t=1193375918” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.huggs, Becky

Thanks Becky!!

I decided to do the photos/measurements at month intervals, so I'll be doing that this weekend.

As far as clothes go, I need to dig out some smaller stuff and see what I still have.  Hopefully enough so I won't have to buy anything for awhile.  :)

Thanks again everyone :)
