You will have pork chops again one day!  Just make sure you buy the lean ones, and don't bread or fry em! 

Two scoops dutch chocolate Isopure Protein Powder
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
1/2 cup water

Put in bullet and whip like crazy...yummy! 

Well my migraine came back.. ( I woke up with a completley MISERABLE one yesterday morning, so bad that chad had to take me to the ER)  So the pork chops will have to wait until tomorrow.  We had home made soup that I threw together. 

I boned the half of the chicken in mojito sauce, added a bag of frozen spinach, cut up zuchinni, carrots and a sweet potato, with lots of garlic and spices and then added the chicken broth!  It's good and it was easy!! 

I took a vicodin tonite and cooking was not in the cards!!

You know, including you, I know AT LEAST four people besides me who are dealing with migraines right now. I would really like to know what is triggering all of these migraines!

Wow.. that's interesting.  The one this weekend was a doozy.. Chad had to take me to the ER. And it STILL hasn't fully gone away.   It's just been MISERABLE!!!!

What did they give you at the ER?

They gave me fluids because I was dehydrated, a shot of delotted and a shot of an anti nausa meds and sent me home with a perscription of Maxalt and vicodin..

Maxalt is what I take, but it's EXPENSIVE! My copay for nine pills was $50! If my doctor's office ever calls me back I am going to ask them to prescribe Maxalt MLT next time - it is CONSIDERABLY cheaper. I've never tried Vicodin for a migraine because it has never worked for me for any other type of pain ... If I can't kill a migraine with Maxalt, I go get a Toradol shot. I hope you are feeling better now!

I was taking the Maxalt pills, but the Dr gave me the quick disolving maxalt pills that disolve on the tongue..  I think my co pay was $18.

Vicodin works for me for ALLL pain!!!!!

I don't care for the dissolving ones - they're pretty gross ... But I will take a few minutes of gross to save that much money. I can't believe what a huge price difference that is!
