Hello Cali!
Well this morning was my 3 mile run.  I completed in 51 minutes.  Not too bad I guess.  I was pleased with myself.  It was a little harder than I expected and at times I had to ask myself what I was thinking when I signed up to run 26.2 miles.  In the end I was very proud of myself.  I was elected to be the pace group leader which I think will be great because it will force me to keep doing this and push me to make my group a good group.

Scott is sweet, warm and amazing!  And Liz I gave him a big hello and hug for you!  Scott if you are reading this, thank you for inviting me to complete this journey.

And most importantly, thank you to everyone that has donated to APLA and for supporting me.

Hey Lu Lu,

I am in the Libby Hickman pace group.  So we will be running 1 minute, walking 3.  Sounds good and very doable to me.  LOL!

I was a Rosa Mota and then a Jack Foster.  When I was a  Rosa Mota we called ourselves the Rosa Mota Turtles, slow and steady gets it done.
Really proud of you. Luana and I will come and work a fund raising water stop at some time for you.  They are a lot of fun.
I am really proud of you

Liz,
Thank you for your support.  I could use all the help I can in the fundraising part.  I think I am far more nervous about being able to raise the money than I will be to run.  Running is in my control and the fundraising is in the hands of others.
My mom and friend are both  Rosa Mata's.  They left me in the dust.  LOL!

I would love to have the two of you come out and support me I really appreciate it and I would be so excited to meet the two of you!

Scott,
I am so proud of her.  I am starting to work on Triathalon Sprint training.  I am shooting for it in I think it is May in Las Vegas.  It will be at Lake Las Vegas.  I know that I can do it the run is only 3.1 miles, bike is 10.1 miles and the swim is 500m.  meters in a lake.  The hardest part will be the swim.  I will be out there to see you guys out there on a run.  We will be out helping with a big themed water stop.  I can also come out for a water stop and then go for a bike ride after.
Scott, you rock and were my inspiration and mentor to start all of this.  I am waiting to hear about your tri.
