What's for Dinner??
Hey Everyone!!!
Tonite, for dinner there's a whole chicken in the crockpot in a mojito simmer sauce! I cooked it on low overnight, and it smelled wonderful this morning! I turned it off when I left for work, since my Spikey is home alone, and will have Chad turn it back on when I get home from work!!!
Not sure what I'm going to fix with it.. maybe asparagus! yum!
And since it's Spikey's 2nd birthday, I'm making him a special little steak for his birthday dinner! heehhee. Yes, he is a VERY spoiled dog!
So what's everyone else having???

I made boneless/skinless chicken breasts that were marinaded in salsa, sliced olives, chopped zuchini and herbs overnight, then baked for 45 minutes, then topped with grated parmesan cheese. I also made green beans. Yummy!!! =)
