Hi Gang!
I am here to remind you to drink your liquids today.  Whatever you choose.  Water, protein bullets, protein shakes or crystal light.  You really need to stay hydrated!  We are going through some very warm weather right now, so it is important that you have fluids.  If you are a newbie, drink 1oz every 15 minutes.  No chugging allowed.  So please remember you are important and you are the only one who can change you!

Your minumum goal daily (if you accept this mission) is to get in at least 64 oz.  You should try for 64-100 oz.

And don't forget the vitamins!!!

Hi WaterBaby. Long time no see. I have been forgetting my water lately. So I have several bottles set up for the day. I have also been getting several types of Crystal Light. The sunrise orange is always good and refreshing. So I WILL get in my 64+ today. We are going to Laughlin tomorrow, so I have several cases in the truck for me.

Awesome to see you posting again water baby! I'm drinking as much as a teacher without a bathroom can to stay hydrated I appreciate the reminder, very important
