Thank you Janine, I was getting worried there for a moment, you know, the 6 month stall and all.......LOL that rhymed........I was stuck between 215 and 218 for about 2 weeks, and then all of a sudden 8 lbs gone in a week!!! I kicked in the exercise in, and I feel fantastic!
