Today I am heading out the door for San Jose. First and for most to visit with my Cousin I haven't seenin about 30 years.And wee really are a close family. Also going to stop and see Nicole for a minute. LOL
Can't wait for the Meet and Greet Saturday in San Jose. Hope to see and meet alot of you there.

I am sooo happy and excited for you Jeni.  I applaud your enthusiasm.  I am still sitting by the phone...waiting for a date and time,my chart is at the appointment desk now..lol  It works its way a bit further everyday.  It does however encourage me to just toss my desire to maintian a good pre-surguery protocal to the wind!.  I just try to rationalize that this is what got me in this condition in the first place.  Love n smoooches all

I have not been to good at my pre-surgery dieting lately at all.  I keep having my last candy, my last brownie, my last this and that.  It's time I get it back in gear!  And you are right....I need to think of this is what got me in this condition in the first place!  My doctor did not require any pre-op diet from me.  I just have to eat lightly the day before surgery no big heavy meals and nothing after midnight.

Afternoon all!  I've just got back from 2 days down in Burlingame at a board of directors meeting and then a meeting of the membership.  We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the airport and it was sooooooo nice and comfy and relaxing. 

Before I left on Tuesday I had to have a 3 week visit with my doctor.  I am doing so fantastic.  I am down 41.5 pounds since August 5th.  I am so stoked!  I weighed in at 247 which I haven't seen in quite some time!  I've been released back to work starting on Monday.  He actually asked me when I wanted to return to work and I said .........."12 years from next Tuesday"  Ok, he got a good laugh about that and said I needed to come up with a more realistic date. 

Georgia and I drove down together which is really good because I had NO money.  Zero, zip, zilch.  I even swiped all the silver jingly change from Jayden for gas to get to Red Bluff.

Well, since then I've talked to State disability and my PSEA disability plan and the reason they haven't paid me is because my payroll clerk didn't call them back or answer the phone.  Oh, somebody's going to hear about that. 

After the board meeting on Wednesday, Georgia and I held our own "meeting"..... in the hot tub.  Ahhhhhh, then I took a nap. 

Next meeting is over veterans day weekend at Camp Wishon down at Bass Lake. 

Off to unpack.

Nothing exciting to report here.  Just another day in the life of a single mother trying to make it is the armpit of Californina called Los Angeles.  LOL! 

Feeling like I am getting sick and trying to avoid it because I don't want to be sick.
