glad to here you had a great time in Jamacia, I have been there once and loved it want to got back again.

So for dinner, I made home made chicken soup with tofu instead of noodles. It was really good. Made biscuits for the fam.

Tonight I made Spaghetti Squash with shredded zucchini, mixed in some marina sauce and some tofu. This was my first time making spaghetti squash, and I didn't realize it would be so crunchy, I am wondering if I cooked it wrong.

Anyways, I cant wait to see some pics!!

I have missed you my dear!

What a crazy day...long story short, no time to cook at all........not that I would have anyway. Heck, I was craving beef so bad the other day, I had a Whopper Jr at BK.........man it was good!

Anyway, I went to a place in downtown Walnut Creek called Crepes A Go Go and had their spinach, cheese and mushroom crepe. It was pretty big so I hate half earlier, and then the rest just a few minutes ago.......lots of protein..........and dang, it was so good! I hope my roommate comes home before I dig into the strawberry, banana and chocolate crepe.........my bad!!

Are you coming this Saturday to the coffee in San Jose? Please say yes, I wanna see you!!!

Hey Girlie!

We are suspose to go to Chad's mom's this weekend my nephew's birthday party.  Chad's been sick though, and I had a migraine last nite and a headache still today... so not sure what will be going on for this weekend yet!  I'd love to see you too!   Miss ya darlin!!
