Carb limit
I know I will most likely always stuggle with carbs but what is your daily carb limit? I'm trying to figure out a system of controlling my carbs - Ex. yesterday I was very good I had 4 grams (2% of my calorie intake) of carbs but today I have already had 26 grams (33%) of carbs and it's just past lunch.
