My climb time from Friday....42:34
I feel wonderful. I had some knee pain, first time in MONTHS, right before the climb and it was horrible afterwards, but I believe that had more to do with my sleeping awkwardly before the climb then the actual climb. Since I hadnt' had any problems during the training.
It was an AMAZING time and climb. I will definitely be back next year =)

Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
