6 Months Out.......Can you share?
Honestly Annabelle I have been one of those people who have always been hungry. I was from the get go I think...but I have to tell you this....what I did was (in the early days especially), I would drink some water and if I was still hungry after 20-30 minutes I would eat.
Now I just eat normal 3 meals a day and sometimes snack....and when I am hungry...wow am I hungry!!! LOL

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones in that, I never remember feeling true hunger until over a year out.
Now, I definitely feel it, but I after gaining 10 lbs and having it scare the heck out of me, I now work really hard to ask myself, "Am I really hungry, or is it this stinking love for eating again?"
I was really worried when I reasized that I'd be out on disability for a couple months, that I'd get bored and start eating. But, I've done really good, and am prety sure I have actually lost some weight...........My first weigh in since my last Kaiser appt is this Tuesday, so I'll be able to post for our Wachy Weight In Wednesday!
Just make the most of this time Annabelle.....you've got another "Golden" 6-12 more months to eat less and healthier.........after that, you'll find you can pretty much eat anything...and an awful lot more.
Blessings to you!

Ok, thank you for your response. I am just amazed at the fact that I feel hunger pain more times in a day than I did in the beginning! I am going to ride this out, and make sure I a make good choices.
