"""""I am 7 months out and I have been doing everything that I am supposed to be doing....getting at least 64ozs of water, 60-70 grams of protein daily, etc. and every day I just kind of have a mild stomacheand annoying feeling ALL DAY. This has been almost since day one after the surgery. It is not enough to keep me from living a normal life, but it is annoying. I would love to just wake up one day and feel great. Does anyone else experience this?( by the way, bathroom  habits are normal and regular so I am not too worried about a bigger problem). """""

I read this is another forum and it has me worried, i havent had the surgery yet, but now i'm really scared!!!!!! Does anyone else experience this, or something like it???????

Honey, Everyone is different!! I haven't felt bad with my RYN at all. I do have other health problems that are plagueing me but have nothing to do with WLS.

Well, the correct thing to do is to call your surgeon.  Get in for an appointment.  Let him/her take a peak at you.

I always feel crappy. I have a little baby ulcer. Which is not maken my life the best right now. You may want to call your DR. and have him check u out.

I am also pre-op gastric by-pass patient as well and I have found that I read the boards looking for potential problems I could face, but I look at it as knowledge is POWER and the more I know the better I can prepare my body/life to feel after surgery. Plus no one is exactly like everyone else, so there is a good chance you will be fine.
Best of luck

It is just a risk you have to think about. Yes is can happen is there a pat reason as to why it happens no. Each and every person is different. Before you have the surgery you need to ask him what his rate for each complication is. Most doctors either keep the stats or has an idea of the rate of risk in their practice.
