OCEAN Kayaking in Catalina

I went Ocean Kayaking yesterday and I love, love, loved it!

If you haven't been, you should go- what a workout!
I saw actual FISH when I looked down into the water and the water was BLUE, not green!

DO a little bit of this  before you plan your trip and you'll be STRONG enough to battle the waves!

To think that just a few month ago, I would have never been able to do this! RNY rocks!
