DOES ANYONE HERE HAVE DR. MARK VIERRA AS THEIR DR.????

Hey All,

Just wondering if any of you have Dr. Mark Vierra as a Dr.  I will be attending his seminar on the 2nd of October, and just wanted to hear from you all what you think of  him and his staff. Is he easy to talk to?? Are they friendly at his office?? Anything you are willing to tell me I am willing to hear.

    I LOVE Dr. Vierra------( unfortunately due to insurance --I have to go to clovis to dr. Higa--who is very very good too. )  Now---at his lecture--he can seem kind of "dry" but you will see---with his Penguin Talk that he does have a good sense of humor!  He really cares a lot about what he is doing--- and when you have your consult---he is much warmer than at the lecture--so don't worry about that part!  His office is kind and super helpful---- I had some ppwk heck that needed to be faxed--and they went out of their way to help---more than once!  LUckliy---- I can still consider myself a patient of Vierra's because he did the pre-op---and will do my post op. 
AND---please come to the support group the following THursday also at COmmunity Hospital--- lots of really nice people in all stages of their wls journey--- from just info gathering---to pre-op---to just post op---to a few years out.  It's very helpful-----and most of those folks have had Dr. Vierra too---- he's not at the support group----it's facilitated by a nutritionist---so you can feel free to ask any questions about him as you want!
