Protein from GNC

I buy the ISOPUR that is sold at GNC, but I now buy it through the distributor and it is much cheaper, even with shipping.

It has 50 grams of protein per shake.  And I use the SF syrups too.  Can make them taste like whatever you have a craving for.

 I have a vanilla soy that is really good.  and a chocolate, it's called "designer whey" 100 calories protein.  I like it.  Before my surgery i'd mix with a banana and I swear I was drinking a milkshake, YUM!!!
